HACKED, FLAGGED OR LOCKED OUT?
WE FIX IT FAST.
Malware warnings, strange redirects, defaced pages or a Google blocklist. We clean the infection, close the way in, get the warnings lifted and lock the site down.
Hack and malware recovery
REMOVING MALWARE IS EASY. CLOSING THE DOOR IS THE JOB.
Most hacked WordPress sites get cleaned and then reinfected within days. That is not bad luck. It happens because the visible malware was deleted and the backdoor that let it in was not found, so the same script simply walks back through the same door.
We scan files and database against known-good copies of core, theme and plugins, remove the injected code and the uploaded backdoors, rotate the security keys and passwords so active sessions are cut off, then submit the cleaned site for review so the browser and search warnings lift.
Afterwards you get a plain-English note on how it got in and the smallest set of changes that stops it recurring. If the real problem is the hosting account rather than your site, we will tell you that too, because cleaning the same site repeatedly is not a service worth paying for.
THE SIGNS YOU NEED THIS FIXED.
If any of these sound like your situation, this is the right page.
This site may be hacked
Google is showing a warning next to your listing and nobody is clicking it.
Strange redirects
Visitors land somewhere else, usually only on mobile or only from search.
Blocklisted
Browsers show a red screen, or your email starts bouncing.
Spam being sent
Your domain is sending mail you never wrote, and your reputation is going with it.
Locked out of admin
Your account is gone, or a new administrator you do not recognise has appeared.
Files changed on their own
Timestamps you cannot explain and code you did not write.
EXACTLY WHAT IS INCLUDED.
No vague scope. This is what you get for the number on the quote.
Emergency scan
A full file and database scan against known-good core, theme and plugin versions.
Complete clean-up
Malicious code, injected spam and the backdoors that let it in, not just the visible damage.
Blocklist removal
Cleaned site submitted to Google and the security vendors so the warnings lift.
Hardening
Permissions, salts, admin accounts and login protection tightened before we hand back.
Fresh backups
A clean restore point you own, stored somewhere the site cannot reach.
Prevention plan
What let it in, and the smallest set of changes that stops it recurring.
The honest technical bit
WHAT USUALLY CAUSES THIS.
Written out properly, because the cause decides the price and most quotes skip it.
An outdated plugin with a public vulnerability
Most WordPress compromises are not targeted. A scanner finds a known hole in an old plugin and walks in. The plugin is often one nobody uses any more.
Stolen or reused credentials
If an admin password appears in a breach list, nothing on the server needs to be vulnerable. We rotate every credential and the security keys, because changing the password alone leaves active sessions open.
A backdoor from an earlier infection
This is why sites get hacked twice. A single uploaded file, often disguised as a legitimate plugin folder, re-infects the site days after the visible malware is removed.
Shared hosting cross-contamination
On some accounts one infected site reinfects the others. If that is what is happening we will tell you, because cleaning one site over and over will not fix it.
A SCANNER PLUGIN VS A REAL CLEAN-UP.
A scanner tells you something is wrong. That is a different job from making it right.
| A scanner plugin | This work | |
|---|---|---|
| Finds malicious code | Usually | Yes, against known-good files |
| Finds the backdoor | Often not | Yes, that is the point |
| Gets warnings lifted | No | Submitted and followed up |
| Rotates keys and sessions | No | Yes, salts and passwords |
| Tells you how it happened | No | In writing |

HOW IT RUNS.
Four steps, and you can stop after the second one at no cost.

A message on WhatsApp or the form, in your own words. No form full of fields you do not understand.
Free diagnosis
We look at the real site and write down what is actually wrong, before you have paid anything.
Fixed-price quote
One number, agreed before any work starts. If we cannot fix it, you do not pay for it.
Fixed, tested and handed back
The work done, tested, and a plain-English note on what changed and what to watch.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
The ones people actually ask before they hand over a login.
How quickly can you clean it?
Most recoveries are done within 24 to 48 hours of approval. Getting a Google warning lifted depends on Google's review queue, which is usually quick once the site is genuinely clean, but is not something anyone can guarantee to the hour.
Will the warning come back?
Not if the way in is closed. The reason sites get flagged twice is that someone removed the malware without finding the backdoor. Finding it is included.
Do I need to rebuild the site?
Rarely. A rebuild is only honest advice when the compromise is so deep, or the site so old, that cleaning costs more than starting again. We will show you both numbers.
Can you recover a site with no backup?
Usually yes. We clean in place against known-good copies of core, theme and plugins. It takes longer than restoring a clean backup, which is why we leave you with one.
What about my email?
If your domain has been sending spam, the reputation damage outlives the infection. We will tell you what needs fixing in your DNS, including SPF and DMARC, even though that part is usually your host or provider to change.
Is my customer data at risk?
Assume yes until proven otherwise. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot determine from the logs, and what that means for your obligations.
Will you tell me who did it?
Almost never, and anyone who claims they can usually cannot. What matters is how they got in, and that we can tell you.
