Plugin and theme conflicts
Most WordPress emergencies are two pieces of code disagreeing after an update. The fix is rarely deleting the plugin; it is finding which hook or script collides and resolving it so you keep the feature.
Outdated PHP or a stale core
Hosts move PHP versions and old themes stop working. We check the PHP version, the extensions it loads and the error log before changing anything, because switching versions blindly can take every site on the account down.
A database that has stopped coping
Years of revisions, orphaned metadata and expired transients can make a perfectly good site crawl. Cleaning that up safely is usually faster and cheaper than a rebuild.
Compromised files from an old vulnerability
A backdoor left behind by an earlier infection reinfects the site days later. Removing the symptom is not the same as removing the way in.

How fast can you actually fix it?
Most jobs are done inside 48 hours of you approving the quote. Emergencies like a hacked site or a dead checkout get looked at the same day. If something needs your host to act, we tell you up front, because that part is outside our control.
What does no fix, no fee mean?
If we cannot fix the problem we quoted for, you do not pay for it. It does not cover work you later decide you did not want, or problems created after we hand back.
Do you need my hosting login?
Usually yes, or at least WordPress admin. We never ask for your personal passwords, and every credential you give us can be revoked the moment the job is done.
Will I lose content or rankings?
No. We back up before touching anything, keep URLs intact unless you ask otherwise, and set up redirects where a URL genuinely has to change.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Yes, that is most of this work. We do not need the original developer's cooperation, only access to the hosting and the domain.
Do you work outside Sydney?
